1. Insufficient Power / Sluggish Acceleration
Causes: Clogged air filter, air leaks in the intake pipe, dirty fuel filter, faulty fuel injectors, urea system malfunction (for National VI emission standards).
Solutions: Clean/replace the air filter, check intake pipe seals, replace the fuel filter, clean the fuel injectors, inspect and repair the after-treatment system.
2. Difficulty Shifting Gears / Unable to Engage Gear
Causes: Pressure loss or fluid leaks in the clutch master cylinder, improperly adjusted clutch cable, low transmission fluid level, jammed shifting mechanism.
Solutions: Replace the clutch master cylinder and bleed the system, adjust the clutch free play, top up transmission fluid, inspect and repair the shift forks and mechanism.
3. Engine Overheating / High-Temperature Warning
Causes: Low coolant level, clogged radiator, faulty thermostat, loose fan belt, damaged water pump.
